  • Yes. A dining reservation does not automatically include event admission unless specifically stated. Please review event details before booking.

  • We encourage guests to dress for the occasion. Casual daytime attire is welcome, while some evening events may have elevated dress expectations. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests wearing offensive or inappropriate attire.

  • We recommend arriving at or shortly before the advertised door time, especially for concerts, ticketed events, and major weekends. Early arrival helps ensure a smooth entry experience and allows you to enjoy the venue before the event begins.

  • Re-entry policies vary by event. Please check with event staff upon arrival for the specific policy associated with your event.

  • Yes. Paid and public parking options are available throughout the Flats and surrounding areas. Availability may be limited during concerts, special events, and peak summer weekends, so arriving early is encouraged. For the easiest experience, we recommend using Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services during high-traffic events.

  • Absolutely. Guests are welcome to enjoy cocktails, live music, and the waterfront atmosphere without a dining reservation, subject to venue capacity and event requirements.

  • Most events take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, event modifications or cancellations will be communicated through official Shooters channels and ticketing platforms.

  • General admission areas, bar seating, and select patio seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted. Reserved tables, VIP areas, and ticketed sections are not available without a reservation or ticket.
