Born on the river and raised on good times, Shooters has been one of Cleveland’s most iconic waterfront destinations since 1987. In March 2026, the Flats landmark begins a new chapter under new ownership with a full renovation and a renewed vision for what a waterfront gathering place can be.

Led by a team of Cleveland natives, the new Shooters is a tribute to the city that built it. The goal is simple: create a place where people come together and where Cleveland can be its best self by the water. Families during the day. Boaters pulling up in the afternoon. Live music at night.

The redesigned venue blends bold updates with elements of the original Shooters, including the signature blue and white tile floor that remains throughout the space. The team reimagined the landmark while preserving the spirit that made it special in the first place.

At the center of the experience is great food, strong drinks, and live music. Under the direction of Chef Ryan Boone, the menu reflects what the team calls Coastal Cleveland. Familiar classics meet fresh ideas inspired by waterfront dining across the country, creating dishes that feel fun, approachable, and made for gathering.

Over the coming months, Shooters will continue to grow with expanded programming including brunch service, live entertainment, and a new waterfront stage expected to open in May 2026. With multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, riverfront views, dock access for those arriving by boat, and a steady rhythm of music and events, Shooters is designed to feel alive from afternoon through late night.
