Chef Ryan
Chef Ryan Boone built his foundation in some of Cleveland’s most respected kitchens, including the now-defunct Greenhouse Tavern, before going on to help open several of the city’s standout restaurants from the ground up.
Known for shaping concepts, building strong teams, and creating menus rooted in nostalgia with a fresh point of view, Ryan has helped define some of Cleveland’s top brands. His cooking is energetic and thoughtful — familiar at its core, but always moving — driven by a belief that restaurants should feel as good as they taste.
Now at Shooters, Ryan brings the full weight of that experience to one of Cleveland’s most iconic spaces — reintroducing the landmark with a coastal-inspired vision built for where the city is headed next, while honoring the history that made it matter in the first place.
